Applying for Care

ONLINE APPLICATION OPENING IN SPRING 2026 - COMING SOON

Steps to Apply:

1. Complete the application form (COMING SOON), online or by phone.

2. Submit a non-refundable application fee of $30. If this is a financial hardship, let us know and we can waive the fee.

3. Visit Taproot in person to meet us, see the space, and ask questions. 

4. We will fill spots based on current enrollment and how well we feel we will be able to meet each child and family's needs. 

We'll start enrolling kiddos gradually on a rolling basis until our 6 spots are filled. Ideally, we'll only start one new child at a time so we can focus on them during their transition to group care. 

At this time, we cannot hold a spot for more than a couple of months. If you are looking for care months in advance, we recommend that you contact us to let us know you're interested, but wait to apply until 2 - 3 months before you want to start.
